Whether I find myself doing just what my parents did or the OPPOSITE of that, it’s still coming from the past rather than being a free choice I am making in the present. Being able to untangle the past from the present has been the cornerstone of my more sane moments as a parent. I’m grateful that Soho Parenting has been a place to lay it all out and get help without judgement. Thank you !</description>
