I have a 5 month old baby. My pediatrician told me when she was 3 months to put her in the crib at 7:00 pm and not go back in until 7:00 am. I thought this sounded like the cruelest craziest thing I have ever heard. So I have never let her cry. I am up 4 times a night and she doesn't go down until 10 pm. I feel so guilty because I dread the night. I wish he had told me to take these steps slowly. It sounds caring and logical and I cant even imagine what a better mother I would be if I could get some sleep. I am going to try this over the next month and see how it goes. Thanks
