I say that selfishly as a guy myself, but I also think it's always helpful for partners to try to better understand the opposite sex's perspective as well. Misunderstandings and hurt feelings can oftentimes be avoided through better communication and more awareness. I can tell you that I've personally benefited greatly (and learned so much) from reading the female perspectives in this blog and wish I'd discovered it sooner.
